I grew up a people-pleaser, and I coped by controlling everything I could... my time, my schedule, my relationships, who got access to me and how much. Boundaries weren't something I practiced. They were my entire way of life. And I was exhausted.
What I eventually discovered, is that the drain wasn't coming from the outside. It was the "managing" and "controlling" energies that were keeping me from the life I was craving.
That discovery changed everything.
And after more than a decade dedicated to my personal and spiritual growth, I share this wisdom with you. This is what this workshop series is built on.
