Call To Action

Be yourself with others.

Let go of managing everyone else's feelings, expectations and reactions.

Let people in.

Stay open and connected without giving up your freedom.

Feel fully alive.

Feel aligned with who you are and turned on by the life you're living.

Why do I care so much what people think?

I’m exhausted. Maybe it’s just easier to be alone.

You get home after an evening with people you genuinely like, and instead of simply remembering the good time you had, your mind goes straight to that one moment. The comment you made. The look on someone’s face. The shift in their tone. Did I say too much? Did that come out wrong? Are we good?

You wanted to enjoy yourself. Instead, part of you was reading the room, adjusting, holding something back or making sure everyone else was okay. And now you’re home, but somehow you’re still there.

And then someone you love is disappointed in you...

Suddenly, it’s all you can think about. Your mood shifts. Your body tightens. You want to make it better so you can feel okay again.

Or maybe it’s one comment from your mother and you’re explaining yourself again. You swallow what you really want to say, only to feel resentful later that nobody seems to understand what you need.

Eventually, you get tired of trying so hard.

So you swing the other way. You pull back. You stop explaining. You close down. You protect your peace and start relying more and more on yourself because at least when you do it yourself, you’re in control.

And honestly, sometimes dealing with people just feels like too much freaking work.

So you decide you don’t need anybody.

Except you don’t actually want less love, less friendship, less intimacy or less belonging.
You just don’t want to keep losing yourself to have them...

So you learned to choose: them or yourself.

Whether you’re changing yourself to keep people happy, or pushing people away so they can’t affect you...

They’re just two sides of the same coin.

Both are attempts to control your world so you can feel safe enough to get what you need.

The Good One tries to control the relationship: If I can keep you happy, I can belong.
The Rebel tries to control their world: If I don’t let you too close, I can be free.

But neither one gives you everything you’re really looking for.
You don’t want to have to choose between freedom and belonging.

Maybe it’s time to unleash your true self,
make the whole world your playground,
and allow yourself to belong in it.

Call To Action

What if being yourself around people could actually feel easy?

Imagine coming home after an evening with friends and simply thinking, That was fun. No replaying the conversation. No wondering what that look meant. No wishing you’d said something differently. You were there. You were yourself. And you enjoyed the people you were with.

Someone you love is disappointed in you, and it still matters. You feel it. But it doesn’t take over your whole day. You don’t immediately scramble to make everything okay.

You can care about how they feel without making it your job to fix it.

You start catching yourself while you still have a choice.

Your mother makes that comment she always makes, and you notice what’s happening inside you before you’re halfway through explaining yourself. Maybe you say something. Maybe you let it go. Either way, you’re choosing your response instead of getting swept into the same old dance.

And you start to notice that something is actually changing. The conversations that used to consume you don’t have the same hold. You’re showing up differently. You’re responding differently. And sometimes, the people around you start responding differently too.

Not because they’ve all changed.

Because you have.

You’re no longer waiting for someone to understand you, approve of you, reassure you, or behave differently before you can feel okay. You know how to recognize what’s happening inside you, work with what comes up and give yourself more of what you once needed the world around you to provide.

People will still be people.

But they no longer have to be different for you to be yourself with them.

And suddenly, you have so much more of yourself available for your life.

All that energy you were spending replaying conversations, managing reactions, second-guessing yourself or keeping the world at a safe distance has somewhere else to go.

Maybe you finally take the class you’ve been eyeing for two years. Join the group you keep talking yourself out of because you’re not sure you’ll fit in. Start the project that keeps tugging at you. Put your hand up for the role you would have once convinced yourself you weren’t ready for.

Maybe you book the trip. Speak to the stranger beside you in line at Starbucks. Invite people over. Walk into a room without needing to know who will be there first.

You start saying yes to more of what lights you up because you’re spending less time wondering whether you’re allowed to want it, whether you’ll fit in, whether getting involved will ask too much of you, or what everyone else will think.

And the more of yourself you uncover, the clearer it becomes what feels true to you and who you want to become. What you want. What you don’t. What excites you. What matters enough to pursue.

Your world gets bigger because you’re no longer making yourself smaller to belong or making your life smaller to stay free.

You participate. You connect. You create. You explore. You let yourself be seen. You let yourself want things again. And somewhere along the way, life starts to feel ALIVE again.

This is what it means to live Aligned & Turned On.

Aligned with who you are. Turned on by the life you’re actually living.

Don’t choose between being yourself and belonging.

Love people without losing yourself in them.

Be fully yourself without making your world smaller to protect your freedom.

Let people matter without giving them the power to decide who you get to be.

Live fully. Love deeply. Shine brightly.

It’s already in you.

Let’s unlock it!

Call To Action

This isn’t another course to finish.

It’s a place to practice a different way of being.

The School of Self & Relationships is a year-long experiential journey into what it takes to BE YOURSELF, PARTICIPATE FULLY IN LIFE and BE IN RELATIONSHIP WITH OTHERS without sacrificing one for the other.

This is a journey of undressing the wounds, beliefs and old ways of being that have shaped who you learned to be, so you can unlock more of the Truth, power and aliveness that are already within you.

Because relationships are where the work comes alive.
And Self is where the true shift happens.

This isn’t about going back to who you were before the world got to you.

The Sacred Undressing Journey is about uncovering who you are and stepping into who you’re becoming.

Along the way, you’ve accumulated layers. Beliefs. Roles. Ways of protecting yourself, finding love, staying safe and making your way through the world. They weren’t mistakes. They were part of how you got here.

Sacred Undressing is the process of meeting those layers, understanding what they’ve given you, and letting go of what no longer belongs, so more of your Truth, power and possibility can emerge.

Because your Truth isn’t something static buried underneath everything, waiting to be found.

Your Truth is both who you are and who you are becoming.

And every layer you undress gives you more choice in what you carry forward, what you leave behind and who you become next.

The Sacred Undressing Journey will be our guiding map throughout the year, revealing what’s ready to be undressed, integrated and lived next.

Choose how you want to experience the School.

The School of Self & Relationships is a living, year-long experience.
The Sacred Undressing Journey gives us our guiding map, while the teachings and conversations evolve with the people in the room and what life brings to the work.

There are two ways to walk the journey:

THE GROUP EXPERIENCE

Learn, practice and grow alongside people doing the work with you.

Monthly Live Experiences

We gather live on Zoom each month for a combination of teaching, experiential work and live group mentoring, shaped by where we are in the Sacred Undressing Journey and what is alive in the group.

Weekly Integration + Q&A

Bring the situations you’re navigating, the places you feel stuck and the questions that emerge as you put the work into practice. Each week, you’ll have an opportunity to receive guidance and uncover the blind spots that can be so difficult to see on your own.

And you’ll learn from more than your own questions. Other's breakthroughs help you see something in yourself. Their experience reminds you that you’re not the only one figuring this stuff out.

Because belonging is something we get to practice here too.

Teachings Along the Way

Between our live gatherings, I’ll share voice-note teachings, reflections, prompts and transmissions as the work unfolds, responding to what I’m seeing, what you’re bringing and where I sense we need to go next.

The Sacred Undressing Library

You’ll have access to a growing, organized library of past teachings, mapped to the Sacred Undressing Journey so you can return to the work you need, when you need it.

A Private Community

A space to stay connected with me and your fellow members throughout the year, share what you’re navigating, celebrate what’s changing and continue the conversation between our live experiences.

This isn’t something you visit once a month. It’s designed to live with you.

PRIVATE MENTORING

Walk the journey privately with me beside you.

Private Mentoring is for the person who wants a much more personal relationship with the work, with space for us to go deeply into your patterns, your relationships, your life and who you’re becoming.

Your Personal Map

We begin with a 90-minute private mapping session to take a deep look at where you are, what you’re navigating and where you want to go, using the Sacred Undressing Journey and my other frameworks to begin mapping the work ahead.

Ongoing Private Mentoring

We meet privately twice each month for 60-minute sessions, with a 90-minute mapping and recalibration session each quarter replacing one of those sessions.

This gives us space to work with what’s happening now while regularly zooming back out to see what’s changing, what’s emerging and where we want to go next.

Between-Session Access

You’ll have a private channel with me throughout the year for questions, check-ins, celebrations and voice-note support.

I get to know your patterns. I get to know what you’re working toward. And as life gives us new material, we don’t have to wait until the next session to keep the work moving.

Your Private Retreat

During your final quarter, we’ll spend two virtual days immersed in a completely personalized experience designed around where you are at that point in your journey.

It may include teaching, guided experiences, reflection, deeper personal work and different modalities from my body of work, all chosen specifically for you.

Private Mentoring is intentionally limited to only a few students at a time so I can give each person the depth of attention this relationship requires.

“I just love her as she is.”

When J. first came to me, her relationship with her mom carried years of hurt. She took things personally, got triggered, and was still carrying beliefs from the way she had been raised that she didn’t even know she could change.

Today, she can spend time with the same woman, with all her humanness and imperfections, and genuinely say, “I just love her as she is.”

That gets me every time.

Because I’ve had the privilege of watching J. become more and more of herself. She catches herself sooner. She makes different choices. She no longer needs the people she loves to be different before she can be okay.

And it’s not just her mom.

In J.’s words: “There isn’t a relationship in my life that [Nedjma] hasn’t helped me with.”
