The Law of Assumption: Why Certainty Changes What You Attract
What changes when you stop hoping something will happen and begin moving through the world with certainty?
The Law of Assumption, most famously associated with Neville Goddard, teaches us to assume that what we desire is already true. Tony Robbins has also taught the power of cultivating certainty, not only through what we believe, but through the way we move, speak, act, and show up.
In this episode, I explore what I believe sits underneath both of these teachings, and why certainty can be such a powerful force in manifestation, personal transformation, and intentionally aligning with what we desire.
I also share a lesson from my early days as a Tony Robbins coach that fundamentally shifted how I showed up with my clients: “Own your freaking greatness.”
We explore:
-
The connection between Neville Goddard’s Law of Assumption and certainty
-
Why certainty is more than positive thinking or hoping for an outcome
-
How our internal state affects the way we behave, choose, relate, and enter a room
-
What changed when I learned to bring certainty into my own coaching
-
Why I prefer the language of alignment to simply attracting or manifesting
-
What “Own Your Greatness” means within my Aligned & Turned On work
-
Why your greatness cannot actually be proven by your accomplishments, success, money, appearance, approval, or anything else you can put on a list
And I’ll leave you with an invitation to consider something much bigger:
What if everything you can currently point to as evidence of your greatness is only a manifestation of it, rather than its source?
What might become possible if you moved through life knowing there is far more within you than you have manifested yet?
